The "Meaty Mashed Potatoes" is a delicious meal weighing in at around 568 kilocalories. It’s made with dried meat, creamy mashed potatoes, and a generous dose of butter powder for that smooth, rich flavor.

And get this: one serving packs about 40 grams of protein – yeah, you read that right

"Tuhti" Rough Cut Rations

The "Tuhti" has a moderate kick, being slightly spicy with around 500 calories per meal. This delicious meal consists of rice noodles, dried meat, vegetables, and a good amount of butter powder. The butter powder gives the Hearty a very nice creamy taste. The Hearty contains about 21g of protein per meal, so it’s quite substantial. You only need to add water and wait about 10 minutes.

"Mättö" Rough Cut Rations

The "Mättö" is the most robust of our dry foods, packing 600 calories per meal. It also provides a nice 23g of protein per pouch. The Feast contains dried meat, vegetables, and rice noodles. The rich butter powder ensures a creamy taste and adds a nice amount of fat and flavor to the meal. You only need to add water and wait about 10 minutes.

Preparing

• Boil Water: Tear open the top of the pouch along the tear notch above the resealable mechanism.
• Add Water: Pour hot water into the pouch until it reaches the level of the dry food. This amount is approximately 1.5dl.
• Expand the Bottom: Fully open the bottom of the pouch.
• Mix Well: Stir the dry food thoroughly with the water to get an even consistency.
• Let Steep: Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
• Tear and Eat: Tear off the excess packaging from the middle tear notch to facilitate eating. Be careful not to tear the pouch downwards.
