Mättö Rough Cut Rations

The "Mättö" is the heartiest of our dry foods, providing 600 calories per meal. It also packs a substantial 23g of protein per pouch. The Feast contains dried meat, vegetables, and rice noodles. The rich butter powder ensures a creamy taste and adds a nice amount of fat and flavor to the meal. Just add water and wait about 10 minutes.

 Preparing

• Boil Water: Tear open the top of the pouch along the tear notch above the resealable mechanism.
• Add Water: Pour hot water into the pouch until it reaches the level of the dry food, approximately 1.5 dl.
• Open the Bottom: Fully open the bottom of the pouch.
• Mix Well: Stir the dry food thoroughly with the water to achieve an even consistency.
• Let Steep: Allow it to steep for 5-10 minutes.
• Tear and Eat: Carefully tear off the excess packaging from the middle tear notch to make eating easier. Be cautious not to tear the pouch downwards.
