Reindeer Jerky Original 20g

Traditionally, reindeer meat is air-dried by hanging, but we do things our own way. We dry it in the oven and season it jerky-style. Even though our reindeer jerky is well-marinated and full of flavor, there’s still plenty of room for the naturally fantastic taste of reindeer to shine through. Reindeer has a subtle gamey flavor, but it’s much milder than most other game meats. Once dried, the meat develops a rich dark color and an irresistibly appetizing look.

We use 3 kg of fresh reindeer meat to produce 1 kg of dried jerky.

Reindeer meat, gluten-free soy sauce (water, hydrolyzed SOY PROTEIN, salt), sugar syrup, garlic, black pepper.
