Too hot for a beef jerky flavour.
While the heat certainly packs up in your mouth, it takes quite a few chews to actually release it from the very tough jerky. Even after as much as 20-30 chews, you're not entirely there. That makes the heat deceptively milder than it actually is, despite it being hot enough to make most people very uncomfortable. In other words, most of the heat is going to release itself in your digestive system, so expect the worst discomfort to come after you've eaten it.
The product isn't tasty, as most chili products above Habanero aren't, so this is entirely a "dare" product for people who wanna play tough or chase some adrenaline. However, as far as these products go, very tough beef jerky is probably amongst the worst mediums to have that kind of experience from, due to most of the heat being sealed into the product.
