The classic way to make the reindeer dried meat in Lapland Finland is to hang it and dry it in the sun. We appreciate this traditional way a lot! However our own reindeer is dried in the owen and marinated with our OG-sauce which base is on soy sauce, sugar syrup and a hint of garlic. This combination works effortlessly with the reindeers own flavour.
