Products and product prices

The prices (excluding VAT) are presented on the product pages. For customers in EU countries, VAT is calculated in the shopping cart after selecting your location. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

Payment methods

Private customers can pay for their orders with the payment methods available in the shopping cart. We accept payments via international payment platforms Stripe, PayPal, and Visa- and Mastercards. In Europe, you may also use Klarna payments. Business customers, please contact us by email for further information!

Klarna payments

We use Klarna as a check-out provider. That means that we may transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna once the store purchase transaction has been downloaded so that Klarna can manage your purchase. Subscription Meat Delivery

We offer our customers a subscription plan to automatically receive our delivery once a month. You can choose a subscription period for our Meat Delivery from one month to as long as you wish to continue the subscription plan. The payment is charged once a month, the same day you originally have made the order. We will ship your Meat Delivery normally, within 1-3 business days. 

If you are unhappy with the subscription plan, you may cancel your order anytime. 

Subscription with Klarna payment

Subscription with Klarna payment is charged once a month during the subscription period. After receiving the payment, we will ship your Meat Delivery normally, within 1-3 business days.

Delivery fee

The shipping rates are shown in the shopping cart. Our packaging and delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and location. The delivery fee is automatically added to the total amount of your order.

Deliveries

We ship internationally! We will send the ordered products by post as soon as possible, usually within one business day of receiving the order. Delivery time for our products depends on the chosen delivery method and the distance. If any of the goods in your order have run out of our stock, we will contact you.

Business days do not include weekends and holidays. All “delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Prices and taxes

Prices are affected by whether or not you order inside the European Union (outside the EU you don’t pay VAT). In Finland, like most other countries in EU, we have VAT, Value Added Tax. It is nominally 24 %. Prices and shipping are updated in the shopping cart after you fill in your address.

Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility. Logistics companies, e.g. DHL Express, might also add a service fee for declaring your item on your behalf. The value of the package will be listed directly on your package or transmitted digitally as required by customs authorities. Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as “gift”, “sample”, “educational” or lower the values.

Check your country’s legislation for import restrictions on food. The seller is not responsible if the products remain in customs due to import restrictions.

Product return policy

All products have a full 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. Please contact timo@kuivalihakundi.com within 14 days of your purchase to receive further instructions for returns. We’ll be happy to replace an item for the same item you ordered or provide a full refund. If you want cancel or return your order, we will charge that cost from you what comes to us from delivery and return package

Product error correction

If the delivered product is damaged, contact timo@kuivalihakundi.com to agree on the return. In this case, you do not have to pay the postage. In your message, please let us know if you will return the product and want the money back or if you would like us to send a similar product to replace the damaged one. For a refund, please provide your account number.
