Beef jerky is such an excellent option for long sporting activities or just walking around the wilderness or snacking at home. It doesn’t need cold storage so it goes well in your jacket pocket or backpack, and preserves nicely good for quite a while even after opening.
Chicken Jerky by Rough cut beef jerky
Yes! Jerky can also be made of chicken! Chicken jerky flavors are a perky Sriracha and refreshing Lemongrass. We use our own Sriracha sauce recipe.
Chicken jerky has an insane amount of protein and unlike Porky, it has very little fat. A great choice for sporty people! Use this Chicken jerky for a light salad or just enjoy it as it is!

Even if it sounds like chicken jerky wouldn’t work, it really does! It’s not too dry so you don’t need gallons of water to wash it down. Rough cut beef jerky recommends this Jerky for a weekend movie snack instead of greasy chips.

First Porky is dried for 20 hours and after that put straight to the smoker to get that beautiful beechwood smoke flavor. That’s right! Rough cut beef jerky started to plan a new dried meat product that would be so outrageous that tasting it would make your taste buds scream hallelujah and make you see all the colors of the rainbow.
After a moment of thinking, Rough cut beef jerky decided to ask legendary Finnish butcher Veijo Votkin’s son Asmo Votkin for advice. Asmo told them to try drying pork neck. For seasoning, we have developed our own BBQ sauce and a little smoke to finalize it. It became a great hit!
