This tasty jerky is produced from quality estonian red deer, the red deer meat is delivered to us in Tuusula, Finland from Wotkin’s butchery. This meat originates from Adavere and Saaremaa, Estonia which has been hunted by local hunters.

What is Rough Cut Wild Jerky?

Our Wild Jerky is dried meat which is a new and mighty product made of wild game and will be containing many different flavours. We’ll be dropping new flavours and meats in the future depending on when we get the materials to do so. So stay alert! Coming soon are very interesting flavour combos and different wild meats. Our base sauce is made with gluten-free soy sauce which gives it nice flavour and saltiness. Salt helps to store the meat for longer periods of time. This is why our products don’t need cold storage.
