Spicy Garlic-Covered Beef Jerky!
One of our most popular meats has undoubtedly been Hot Naga, a reasonably spicy jerky seasoned with Naga Jolokia chili. Another almost equally popular one has been Beef Jerky Garlic, generously coated with garlic. A certain Turo from Järvenpää and a few other enthusiasts suggested we try making a spicy garlic-covered Beef Jerky! We thought it was a delicious idea. So, we got to work. Now we have spicy garlic-covered jerky, and it tastes absolutely amazing!
Everyone who has tasted our basic garlic beef jerky knows that unique, almost toffee-like texture that our Beef Jerky Garlic has. This jerky, of course, has that same texture, but the spiciness starts creeping towards your gums around the fifth bite until it takes over your entire mouth, and by then, your eyes are already searching for the nearest glass of milk. All I can say is that it’s in-CRED-ible!
